The goal of Rollande is to bring an autonomus and mobile garden to your flat, by supressing it’s daily care and motivating you to produce your own food. This project establishes a relationship between mobility and existing hydroponic gardens, to contribute in gaining cultivable ground and reducing harvesting time to one of the many great challenges that the students of our generation must face: the lack of farmland.
Rollande is a project developed by Victor Garcia Galofré in his fourth year of the bachelor in Design Engineering taught at Elisava. It is delivered in the Projects II subject, which aims to prepare the student for the final work of the Bachelor’s degree.
